Paul Rosenboom

After a 20 year career in aerospace, Paul joined Peace Corps Madagascar as an agriculture volunteer. He started this program as his service project in his home village of Amborompotsy.

After his service, he attended the Kennedy School at Harvard where he received a Master of Public Administration.

He continued his public service as director of a rural water agency in California and consulting with nonprofit organizations in Rwanda.

Dr. Gupta is the Finance Department Chair at the College of Business at California State University Long Beach.

Garret is a Senior Information Officer (International Humanitarian Reporting) at USAID - Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance.

He previously served in the Peace Corps Madagascar in the Lake Alaotra Region where we operate.
